4. Purpose of the practice To measure students satisfaction level in order to give them opportunity to share their experience and challenges with both learning and interaction with classmates. Involving students and activly engaging them in finding new ways of building good class culture.
5. Short description of the good practice (200 characters, at most) This is a simple questionary form that covers different areas and can be used when students express need for adult guidence due to conflicts in the group, stressfull periods at school and like.
6. How to apply it. Step-by-step explanation. One to one interview with each student. Estemeated time frame: 10-15 minutes.
Summury of results (written and anynmous) presented to teachers and school leadership team. Teachers giving fedback to their students and adjusting pressure in order to restore overall satisfaction.
