The student needs to come up with a suggestion to improve on the lowest rated number and work with it til the next meeting. 6. How to apply it. Step-by-step explanation. | Mentor and student meet eachother three times a year to talk about ten different topics that are set from the beginning. We have the questions in an excelfile and use the same one during three years to follow the progress. |
